Rio de Janeiro is in the hearts of anyone who’ve been there, lived there or anyone that had the moment to appreciate it’s beauty. Cidade Maravilhosa it’s called in Portuguese the wonderful city. It’s beauty surpass it’s ugliness, but tough it’s an aging city that has not been treated it’s best. Now it can put some lip stick on show it’s pretty and make us proud hosting the olympic games.

Corcovado,  Christ the Redeemer – I would take the train for it so you can see a little of Rio from the heights and some Mata Atlantica (Forest)

Rio Kiosk

Kiosk on Copacabana for a Cold beer and some food is a good place to just admire the landscape.

CableCar Sugar Loaf will give you a perspective of what Rio has to offer. To the right Leme, Copacabana, Ipanema and Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas.
